Position: E-Learning Content Developer (Entry Level)

Location: Remote 
Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 BDT 
Type: Full-time
Workdays: Saturday to Thursday

As we expand our mission to empower careers, we are developing structured, high-quality online courses for global learners, including our upcoming "Qamla Coach" series. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who is willing to learn Articulate Storyline and develop interactive online courses.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Create/convert course content (Word/PowerPoint) into interactive e-learning modules

• Learn and use Articulate software

• Create quizzes, interactions, and basic animations

• Design professional slide layouts

• Export SCORM packages for LMS upload

• Maintain course consistency and structure

🔹 Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

• Basic understanding of design principles

• Creative mindset and attention to detail

• Strong willingness to learn new software

• Ability of self-paced research and analysis

• Proper English communicative skills

🔹 Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in Canva / Graphic tools

• Basic video editing knowledge

• Basic proficiency in Articulate software

• Any previous online course creation experience
