Responsibilities

As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen pass to the correct tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.

• Observing the dining room for guest needs and proactively assisting servers with table maintenance, such as clearing plates, refilling water, and resetting tables.

• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers to relay any special requests, dietary restrictions, or order modifications.

• Assisting with final plating touches and garnishes as directed by the kitchen staff before food leaves the pass.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service stations, including restocking cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Supporting the overall flow of service by anticipating needs and contributing to a seamless dining experience.

Requirements and Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required for enthusiastic individuals.
